Shipping Policies

How long will it take to get my order?

Please head to the product listing and look for the shipping time and out of stock notices for the specific time scales on your order. We will also advise you as to whether there are any back orders or additional lead times on the product listing. If nothing is noted and the product is in stock, it should ship two days after your order is placed. Any made-to-order products can take up to two weeks to create, which will be outlined on the product listing. For an update on your order status, head to the Contact Us page and reach out.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 We only ship to the United States and Canada at the moment due to costs.

 

What is your return policy?

Do you offer any financing options or installment payment programs?

 We currently offer financing options via Klarna and this payment method can be chosen at checkout. More details can be found on the Financing page.

 

Will I receive an email when I place an order? Will I receive an email when my order is shipped?

 Upon the completion of an order, an email is sent to the address provided. This will outline a summary of your order and a link to the current status. Tracking information will be sent in a second email once the order has been sent.

 

"Where's my order?"

 You can view your order status in the email we sent out when the product was sent via a link. You can also go to your Account Details page to view this.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

 After you place an order, it can only be changed or cancelled via contact with us so head to the Contact Us page and request a change or cancellation.

 

Why am I being charged a Sales Tax?

 Our products are currently subject to tax in:

 AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY (unless we state otherwise).

 If your state features sales/uses tax, you are not exempt just because the order was made online. Some states require people to fill in a sales/use tax return every 12 months to outline all un-taxed taxable purchases. Head to your local taxing authority for more info.

 

Do you have a grooming facility?

Currently, we do not operate a grooming facility, but....continue to check back with us!

 

Can you recommend a groomer for me to use?

 We have an array of wonderful groomers as loyal customers so would not be able to shout out a single one.

 

Can you please tell me where I can purchase your products in my state, country, etc…

Do you offer samples of shampoos, conditioners or other products you sell?

 We do not currently offer samples of any kind.
